What You Will Do
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included: Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. These are typically temporary roles. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, which includes greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role and may include assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting shoppers, and processing sales and returns. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting nearby stores.

What We're Looking For:

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day; Receiver/Stocker also requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, and perform tasks; lift at least 25 pounds (over 25 with assistance, except CSA Front End); lift 10 pounds (over 10 with assistance, only CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor): At least 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
