About the role

As a Seasonal Team Member, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing customers with fast and friendly service during our busy holiday season. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit. Both part-time and full-time positions may rotate between working as a cashier, a sales specialist or merchandiser/stock associate. You will report to the store management team. This position is short-term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a regular role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
2. Performing cashier functions and completing transactions following policies.
3. Sharing information about Total Wine & More’s product portfolio.
4. Assisting with stocking and inventory management, reporting issues to leadership.
5. Maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards.
6. Assisting with cart collection and helping customers load purchases.
7. Enjoying employee discounts.

What We're Looking For:

• 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule availability, part-time or full-time.
• Experience with relevant technology and information access.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking, bending, standing for 8-10 hours.
• Climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
