What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. As a Seasonal Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Being friendly, professional, and responsive to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate role may include positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, which involves greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise selection, demonstration, preparation, or loading. Specific responsibilities vary by role, such as assembling merchandise, stocking, loading for customers, assisting with shopping, or processing sales and returns. This list is not exhaustive, and duties may be adjusted as needed. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal schedule generally ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week, with potential for more based on store needs.
• Availability needed for mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evenings, nights, and early mornings.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance (over 25 pounds with assistance, except CSA Front End).
• Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds without assistance (over 10 pounds with assistance, only for CSA Front End).

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, Sales Floor): 6 months of experience using a computer and a handheld device for data entry and access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of experience operating forklift or similar equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer interaction, product knowledge, and problem resolution.

If required by local regulations, applicants must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
