All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and processing sales and returns. Responsibilities vary by role and may include assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, and handling transactions. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or store support.

What We're Looking For:

• Hourly Seasonal: Typically scheduled for 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week. Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, nighttime, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Minimum lifting requirements: 25 pounds (may lift over with assistance) for most roles; 10 pounds for CSA Front End.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: At least 6 months of experience using a computer and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of forklift or power equipment operation experience.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and issue resolution.

Applicants may need to obtain a salesperson license if required by local regulations within 60 days of employment.
