What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Additional Role Details

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service and assisting with various duties related to merchandising, stocking, loading, and customer assistance. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally require travel to meetings, trainings, or support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week. Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical Ability: Able to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds for most roles, 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• At least 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• Six months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

If required by local law, applicants must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
