What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate may serve as an Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and processing sales and returns. Specific duties vary by position and may include assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, or handling transactions. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, trainings, or support for neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled, with potential for more based on store needs.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker role may require late evening, night, and early morning shifts.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, over 25 pounds with or without assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• For CSAs: 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of forklift/power equipment operation experience.
• For CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

If required by state or local law, applicants must obtain or pass a licensing exam within 60 days of employment.
