What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and other duties as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support to other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly schedule generally 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability varies by role; including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting (25 lbs or more), and other activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills for certain roles.
• Experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment for some roles.
• Retail experience for CSAs, including customer interaction and product knowledge.

Note: If required by local law, licensing or passing a licensing exam may be necessary within 60 days of employment.

Benefits and Compensation
