Barnes & Noble College in Atlanta is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support daily store operations.

You will greet customers, help locate materials, process transactions, keep shelves stocked, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced campus retail environment to ensure a positive experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling during peak academic periods and the chance to gain hands-on retail experience under the Barnes & Noble College brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate course materials, school supplies, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, and other tasks.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily priorities.
• Maintain a store environment that reflects the Barnes & Noble College brand.
