Job summary

Northgate Resorts in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (age 18+) to lead the Camp-Resort housekeeping team. You will supervise housekeepers and inspectors, schedule staff and training, and ensure cabins are cleaned to standard.

The role reports to the Office Manager and is a full-time position. Responsibilities include payroll oversight, staff recruitment, inventory management, and ensuring safety and compliance across housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules staff, monitors payroll, and maintains compliance with a payroll budget
• Participates in recruitment and selection for housekeeping
• Ensures timely turnover of cabins and communicates issues to front desk
• Coaches and mentors housekeeping staff to improve performance
• Maintains inventory of supplies and SDS for chemicals
