Job summary

Northgate Resorts Jellystone Park is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (age 18+) for a seasonal, full-time role in New Hampshire. The position oversees the Camp-Resort’s housekeeping department, leading housekeepers and inspectors, scheduling staff, payroll, training, and ensuring cabin cleanliness and safety.

The role requires housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules staff, monitors payroll, and maintains payroll budget.
• Oversees housekeeping directors, inspections, and training programs.
• Ensures turnover of cabins and communicates issues to front desk.
• Coaches staff and drives accountability for cleanliness and performance.
• Maintains inventory, safety standards, and equipment.
