Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge required.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced camp kitchen.
• Must stand/walk for long periods.

• Experience with cleaning and sanitation.
• Must work weekends and evenings.

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and cooking high-quality meals for campers and employees.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Maintaining all kitchen and dining areas.
• Cleaning floors and surfaces per safety guidelines.
• Was hangs and cleaning of tables, walls, floors, and equipment.
• Transferring supplies between storage and work areas.
• Clocking in/out and managing the 30-minute unpaid meal break.
