Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will supervise daily kitchen and FOH operations, manage staff and budgets, and ensure strict allergen safety protocols.

The on-site, live-in position runs May–Sept with a 6-day, 70-hour week schedule. Competitive seasonal pay with a performance bonus and full room & board are provided, along with travel allowance.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Aufgaben

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, flow, portion control, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer budgets, inventory, orders, and daily reporting.
