Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees all daily culinary and service operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will manage FOH and kitchen staff, control budgets, ensure allergen safety, and partner with campers and camp leadership to deliver scratch-cooked meals while maintaining top sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification with Allergens training before start date.
• Ability to live on-site in a rustic setting and handle high-volume, six-day weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff to maintain high energy and service.
• Oversee culinary and quality control, portioning, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitize to Health Department standards.
• Administer inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate.
