Job summary

• Must maintain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card
• Experience leading dining hall staff or similar team leadership preferred

• Oversee dining hall staff during meals and daily tasks
• Lead cleaning, setup, and equipment maintenance for the dining hall
• Coordinate with Food Service Administrator and Camp Manager on meal counts and program needs
• Deliver daily camp briefings and participate in evening programs or devotions
• Ensure USDA meal count accuracy and proper kitchen/snack area sanitation
