Job summary

Timber Wolf Lake is seeking a General Program Worker to support camping services and represent Young Life in a Christ-centered, relational, and professional manner.

This hourly, seasonal position runs August through December and includes duties in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food Service, Landscaping/Maintenance and Retail. On-site housing is available. Must convey Christ-like hospitality and minister to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous work experience required.
• Previous or current involvement with Young Life preferred.
• Staff must convey Christ-like hospitality and minister to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program needs and equipment including locating and constructing.
• Perform housekeeping turnover and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Participate in food preparation and meal service while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Assist with landscaping/maintenance tasks such as lawn care and trash removal.
• Organize store and snack bar merchandise and operate POS system.
• Be able to lift materials up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor tasks in various weather.
• Work in departments as needed and rotate responsibilities.
