Timber-Lee Ministries Inc. seeks a Facilities Associate for the summer to help manage 600 acres, tackle maintenance projects, and support camper operations. This live-in role blends hands-on trades with ministry activities in a Christian camp environment.

The position offers on-site housing and meals, daily hands-on maintenance across carpentry, grounds, and general upkeep, and a chance to learn transferable practical skills while contributing to the camp community.

Qualifications

• Interest and aptitude in mechanical or trades skills.
• Familiar with and able to use hand tools.
• Reliable, self-directed and able to finish what you start.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support building and grounds maintenance staff.
• Keep workshops clean and organized.
• Assist with camper arrival/departure on weekends.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Engage in campus activities and ministry-led events.
