Job summary

Young Life in Rockbridge is seeking a General Program Worker to support the Camping Services team in delivering a Christ-centered, relational and professional experience for guests. You will perform guest services, housekeeping, food service, landscaping and retail tasks, handle basic maintenance, and adapt to outdoor duties in all weather.

A high school diploma and prior work experience are required; candidates should demonstrate Christ-like hospitality and the ability to work with youth

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous work experience preferred.
• Staff must convey Christ-like hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest services and equipment needs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve meals, manage table settings, and clean up.
• Handle landscaping tasks and maintain property.
• Organize store merchandise and operate POS system.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
