Job summary

Young Life seeks Spring Seasonals to support Camping Services at Clearwater Cove in the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake. Staff will live on camp, perform guest services, housekeeping, food service, landscaping/maintenance, and retail tasks in a Christ-centered environment.

Seasonal positions include on-site housing and compensation of $15.00 per hour during the spring season. Prior involvement with Young Life is valued; health and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous work experience required; involvement with Young Life preferred.
• Staff must embody Christ-like hospitality and represent Young Life positively in the community.

Responsibilities

• Support program needs and equipment (guest services).
• Turn over buildings and maintain cleanliness (housekeeping).
• Assist with food service, meal prep and service, and sanitation standards.
• Perform landscaping/maintenance tasks and basic site upkeep.
• Organize store and snack bar merchandise and complete end-of-shift reports.
