Qualifications

• Holds or is willing to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.
• Has a current California Food Handler’s certification.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for a resort schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage items as needed.
• Assist service staff with the guest experience.
• Polish, vacuum, and clean food service areas.
• Handle hot food service items safely.
• Clear dirty dishes, reset tables with clean flatware and glassware.
• Maintain service areas and organize dish station drops.
