Responsibilities

• Assist department supervisor with hiring, training, motivating, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining a staff of 10-15 people.
• Communicate daily duties and special projects with department staff.
• Plan and direct cleaning, disinfecting or snow removal projects related to resort facilities as needed.
• Follow up on requests and prepare project lists with projected timelines for department managers.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas of cleaning products and equipment.
• Assist guests with base-area knowledge and operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a positive attitude in interactions.
