Join to apply for the Seasonal Building Concierge/ Porter role at Alliance Building Services.

We are looking for a Temporary residential Building Concierge/Porter to join our team and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests. The schedule involves working 3 days as a Porter and 2 days as a Concierge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational facilities.
• Greet residents and visitors professionally at the front desk.
• Manage receipt and distribution of packages and mail.
• Coordinate building maintenance requests and communicate with maintenance staff.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Assist residents with inquiries and provide local amenities information.
• Enforce building policies to ensure safety and respectfulness.
• Handle key distribution and returns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Organize building events and activities to foster community engagement.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer and office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
