Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate shoppers about loyalty programs, engage with customers to drive sales, and use omnichannel tools to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools including mobile devices and registers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and teammates with respect to support a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote repeat visits.
• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Deliver an excellent omnichannel customer experience.
• Be accountable to personal and store goals.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work space.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
