Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Bellevue, WA is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll create authentic, fun experiences that reflect the UO vibe and help customers feel welcome.

You’ll engage shoppers, share product drops, restock, style displays, and work with a team to keep the store looking on-brand. Prior retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm and a can-do attitude matter most.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand on the sales floor with authentic conversations and awareness of product drops and trends.
• Engage customers, inform them about exclusive drops and promotions, and share enthusiasm for products.
• Keep the store space inspired, organized, and easy to shop; assist with restocking and displaying products.
• Assist customers using in-store technology to shop in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Be open to trying new things, step in where needed, and learn continually.
• Work as a team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
