Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Newport Beach is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’re not just helping customers, you’re creating an experience that feels authentic, fun, and uniquely UO.

Role involves engaging customers on the sales floor, restocking, styling displays, and using in-store tech to support shopping across channels. A flexible schedule and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.

• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: embody individuality, creativity, and stay informed on drops and trends.
• Create the energy on the sales floor with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the store on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping.
• Stay curious and flexible, learning new tasks as needed each day.
• Work as a team to share ideas and maintain a positive store environment.
