Job summary

Urban Outfitters is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store experience to life through personal style and genuine connections. You’ll engage customers, stay informed on drops, and help create an inviting shopping environment that feels authentic and fun.

Ideal candidates are fashion-conscious, energetic, and eager to learn. In-store duties include restocking, styling displays, and using tech to assist customers across shopping channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life—show up as you and stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor—engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless—keep the space inspiring, organized, and easy to shop, including restocking and displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay Curious + Flexible—be open to new tasks and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team—support colleagues and contribute to a positive store environment.
