Urban Outfitters in Minnetonka, MN is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors who bring the brand to life through personal style, real connections, and a passion for pop culture. You’ll help customers create an authentic, fun shopping experience that reflects UO’s unique vibe.

You’ll stay current on product drops and trends, engage customers with genuine conversations, and keep the space organized and on-brand. This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a love for fashion and retail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, on-brand, and easy to shop.
• Use in-store tech to support customers as they shop in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team: support your team and bring positive energy to the store.
