Job summary

Carter’s in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers and introduce them to baby essentials, school prep, and the Carter’s brands. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll help customers with product styles, resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, and process POS transactions. The role emphasizes a positive, customer-service driven mindset and the ability to balance many tasks while keeping the store

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment.
