Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet customers and assist with baby essentials and school readiness. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping with product information and promotions.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, resolve issues, and support replenishment and POS transactions. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Support omnichannel needs and complete POS transactions.
• Perform floor replenishment and shipment duties as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store to minimize loss.
