Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join our team in the United States. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, and guiding them through our baby essentials and school items.

This role offers a welcoming, inclusive environment focused on development and growth within Carter's family of brands. You’ll help customers with product knowledge, promotions, and brand loyalty while supporting stock and sales floor tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and delivering excellent service.
