Athleta in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the Athleta experience to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate on products, and nurture loyalty through outstanding service across in-store and online channels.

Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach, support sales floor and fitting room, and help achieve store goals while maintaining a neat, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service mindset.
• Passion for retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster a positive environment.
