Job summary

Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to energize our customers and bring the brand to life on the sales floor in Spokane, WA. You will educate customers, inform styling choices, and create an outstanding omni-channel shopping experience as part of a collaborative team.

You will engage customers, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive store environment while working with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience across omni-channel offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about products.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean and organized store and assist in operations.
• Support fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house as required.
