Rothy’s Short Hills store in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody our brand values on the sales floor.

You will drive sales through service, build meaningful connections with customers, and support light store operations to keep the shop welcoming and well-organized. The role requires a friendly, reliable team player who can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Fri, Sat, Sun + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Uphold Rothy’s Experience by following the dress code including wearing Rothy’s shoes
