Rothy’s in Minneapolis is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to join our active stores team. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor, drive personal sales through service, and embody our inclusive brand culture during every interaction.

This role requires availability to work at least 16 hours per week, with peak days including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will help with stock, merchandising, and store upkeep while modeling Rothy’s values.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak day schedule.
