Job summary

Gap is seeking a Brand Associate in Miami Beach to bring the Gap experience to life for customers. You will educate on our loyalty programs, assist on the sales floor, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer journey.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on customer engagement, product knowledge, and achieving personal and store goals while supporting operations and maintaining a clean, organized space.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
