Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers at our Dawsonville store. You will educate customers, promote loyalty programs, and provide exceptional service that drives sales and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assist customers with product information and styling advice.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and improve service across omni-channel channels.
• Support store operations including cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
