Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll provide excellent customer service, educate shoppers on products, and leverage an omni-channel approach to enhance the shopping experience.

You will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, support sales floor operations, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced store environment where customers feel valued and inspired to return.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and drive sales through helpful guidance.
• Flexible availability including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs to increase engagement.
• Assist customers with fitting rooms and checkout while delivering a seamless experience.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to meet store goals and deliver results.
• Operate POS, handle transactions accurately, and support omnichannel offerings.
