Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver a best-in-class shopping experience by educating customers, uses knowledge of products, and collaborating with leaders to drive sales and loyalty through omni-channel approaches.

You are a good communicator, customer-focused, retail-obsessed, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. You’ll work flexible shifts, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, and contribute to a positive store

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver who is open to feedback and takes action.
• Flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology and lift up to 30 lbs.
