Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate customers, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.

Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No visa sponsorship needed to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile apps, registers) in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and brand education to drive loyalty.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Utilize all omnichannel offerings to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and support sales floors as needed.
