Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate in the United States to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product education, helping customers assemble outfits, and collaborating with the store team to foster a welcoming shopping experience.

You will apply product knowledge, contribute to loyalty initiatives, and support omni-channel sales. A positive attitude and adaptability are essential in our fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to-day operations.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers using omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and manage returns.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
