Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our storytelling brand to life for customers. You will educate customers on products, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience through collaboration with leadership.

You will engage with shoppers on the floor, assist with loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive, organized store environment while upholding our standards for service and appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and learn quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with using mobile devices and registers in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Support loyalty program education and sign-ups.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and handle returns professionally.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver an exceptional omnichannel experience.
