• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and stockroom as required.
