Qualifikationen

• One year of related customer service, retail, hospitality, recreation, or ticketing experience.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills; Tessitura or box office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak periods.
