The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a Seasonal Ticket Sales Attendant to welcome guests, process admissions and skate rentals, and help keep the ice rink operations smooth during the holiday season.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, balancing payments, and maintaining an organized ticketing area while delivering outstanding customer service in a cold outdoor environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays through the season.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold conditions.
• Skating experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and process online reservations and in-person transactions for admissions and skate rentals.
• Balance register totals and handle credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain skate rental inventory and keep the ticketing area clean and organized.
• Answer questions about rates, schedules, and special events.
• Assist with rink setup, signage, and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Provide excellent customer service and support rink supervisors as needed.
