Stone Brewing is seeking Seasonal Bistro Crew Members to join our team at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens to support our summer operations (May - September). Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests and thank them upon departure.
  • Know and communicate restaurant policies, menu, and event details.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Ensure high standards of customer interaction and service.
  • Serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks per Bistro standards.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with POS systems and processing transactions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proficiency with POS systems.
  • Current San Diego County Food Handlers card; Certified Beer Server preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
Additional Information

This is a seasonal, part-time position with a pay rate of $16.50/hr. plus tips. Opportunities to apply for permanent roles may be available during the season.
