Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking Bicycle Assembly Technician candidates to work on-site at Walmart and Kroger locations, assembling bicycles, toys, barbecues and furniture. The role is seasonal with spikes in Spring–Summer and around holidays, offering flexible part-time schedules.

After training, pay moves to a piece-rate system. New technicians typically average $17–$25 per hour, with experienced earners up to $30/hour, and never below the local minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• A mechanical aptitude and basic hand tools.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug tests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand, kneel and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products per manufacturer instructions at retailer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report to Area Manager and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
