Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking Part-time Bicycle Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local Walmart and Kroger retailers, assembling bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture.

Availability is seasonal with peaks in spring/summer and holidays. Training followed by a piece-rate pay structure; typical earnings range $17–$25 per hour, with experienced techs earning up to $30/hour. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and stay on your feet all day.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude; you are handy.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• Smartphone and email address.
• Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of standing and lifting 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and repair products using manufacturer instructions while following retailer rules.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate with your Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities outlined in the employee handbook.
