Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. Professional Assembly is seeking a Bicycle Assembly Technician to work on-site at Walmart, Kroger, and other retailers. You will assemble bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture in a flexible, part-time schedule with seasonal variation in workload.

Pay starts at $17–$25 per hour, with experienced technicians earning upwards of $30/hour based on productivity. Training precedes a transition to piece-rate pay, with earnings never below local minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude: handy with hands and tools.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background test and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products using manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with Area Manager.
