Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly seeks part-time Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local retailers like Walmart or Lowe's, assembling barbecues, bicycles, lawn equipment, and furniture. Pay transitions to piece rate after training, with typical earnings 17–25 USD per hour and experienced earners up to 30 USD per hour.

Minimum wage is guaranteed, and hours fluctuate seasonally. Ideal candidates are hands-on, physically active, and comfortable working independently

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude and handy in assembling products.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug tests.
• Reliable transportation and physical stamina for standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products per manufacturer instructions while following retailer guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer service and build positive client relationships.
• Check with retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report to Area Manager and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow employee handbook guidelines and safety protocols.
