Pay transitions to a per-piece rate after training, with typical rates around $17–$25/hour; experienced techs may average $30/hour depending on productivity, with a guarantee of at least local minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience is a plus, but we will train.
• Willingness to stand, kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products following manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
