Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Extraction Lead to guide the daily beverage operations team, overseeing quality, safety and employee performance in their area. You will train, coach and develop staff and direct work to meet production goals while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership with weekend/overtime flexibility, collaboration with maintenance, and a focus on clean, organized operations. Base pay ranges $25.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Persuasive and productive communication skills to interact with operation personnel, coworkers, and management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, and be reliable.
• Maintain a high quality process to ensure safe, high-quality product.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage operations team ensuring safety, GMP and quality.
• Train, coach, develop and correct behavior of hourly staff.
• Direct work to meet operational goals and numbers.
• Coordinate with maintenance and keep operation clean and organized.
• Oversee shift planning, break coverage, and shift paperwork.
• Support COP/CIP processes and chemical handling during cleaning.
